A pleasant tool and a really nice company to work with
In MailCamp we have found a new newsletter tool that makes it easy for us to create an attractive newsletter for our customers every week. Without too much complicated code, you can easily arrange the blocks to present your message as attractively as possible.
It is also very pleasant to work with the MailCamp team. Arne Hendriks guided us excellently through the implementation and the switch to MailCamp. The team invested a lot of time to make this go smoothly. Lines are short and personal. They always respond quickly. In short, we are more than satisfied!
Very satisfied with MailCamp for years
In government we always look at price, quality and ease of use when we want to procure applications/SaaS. GDPR and privacy are also high on the award criteria.
MailCamp meets all requirements and expectations. But customer service also counts when deciding whether or not to renew a contract; you do not want to wait 24 hours for an answer because the ‘client success manager’ happens to be in India.
And another real nice-to-have in government: the many options for integrations, where an API is of course the standard.

Dutch platform with lots of features
We have seen a great many platforms such as Mailchimp, each with its pros and cons.
But MailCamp offers it all. A nice Dutch platform with lots of features, a really good drag & drop layout editor and, not unimportantly, an interesting revenue model for agencies.
On top of that, support is easy to reach! We are confidently continuing to build with MailCamp for the future too!
Sending GDPR-proof newsletters
Nobian was looking for one package to house several companies and departments. MailCamp offered that solution.
Every selected business unit now has its own account within the package and can easily send GDPR-proof newsletters themselves.
The software itself is very user-friendly and complete.

For us MailCamp was the ideal all-in-one solution! With a user-friendly package, we as the party office stay in control while our local branches can send their own newsletters and invitations independently.
A great builder with more mobile-first options than Mailchimp.
We worked with Mailchimp for years.. The reason we switched to Mailcamp is that their email builder gave us more options for a mobile layout. In the builder we can decide far more things ourselves without it being adjusted automatically in the mobile view. We can fit in many more positions, with a better chance of clicks, without having to scroll too far for them.
Personal support and a user-friendly package!
Personal support for our questions and a user-friendly package for communicating from several companies; that was our wish and MailCamp delivers. Beuk Travel provides information on air tickets and group trips. Beuk Touringcars tells you everything about hiring a coach with a driver. But the most widely read is the internal ‘Beukenootjes’. Fun to make, even more fun to read.

In 2021 the Municipality of Oss switched from Mailchimp to MailCamp. Because of GDPR and privacy reasons we were no longer allowed to use Mailchimp. MailCamp proved to be an excellent Mailchimp alternative. We have now been a satisfied customer for many years. It is great that we now have one system and can set all roles and permissions for all users. That gives us an overview and control. The support is excellent.
