Is MailCamp GDPR-compliant, and does our data stay in the Netherlands?
Yes. MailCamp is a Dutch email marketing tool that processes data in line with the GDPR, with clear data processing agreements. All data is and remains in the Netherlands / EU, in accordance with the GDPR.
Why do organisations switch from Mailchimp to MailCamp?

Do we get Dutch-language support from real people?

How do your prices work, and what does it cost per month?
You pay for the plan that matches the number of emails you send, not the size of your audience. If your email list grows, we won't charge you more for it. It's only fair.
How do you make sure my email gets delivered and doesn't end up in spam?
We help you with the right sender settings and domain authentication (SPF, DKIM and preferably DMARC), so mailbox providers trust your email.
