Is MailCamp's software GDPR compliant?
MailCamp is ISO 27001 certified. This standard safeguards information security and shows that GDPR legislation is complied with. All data is, of course, stored in the Netherlands. We naturally enter into a data processing agreement with every customer.
Can I cancel my subscription monthly?
No, our email marketing software works with annual licences. You can of course cancel at any time, up to one month before the subscription ends.
Does your email marketing software come with a helpdesk?
Yes, our email marketing software includes a free Dutch helpdesk. If you get stuck, you can always give us a call and we will be happy to help.
How do you invoice the email marketing software?
We send you a proper invoice for the use of our email marketing software. You can pay this invoice within 30 days by bank transfer. For administrative reasons, we almost always invoice once a year.
What are the limitations of the demo account?
The demo account has no functional limitations. To prevent abuse, however, the number of emails you can send from the test account is limited to 25 credits.
